The Arthur O. Williams Distinguished Lecture Series

New York University Dean of Science to speak at the Arthur O. Williams Distinguished Lecture Series

Brown Physics is pleased to present Gregory Gabadadze, Professor of Physics and Dean for Science, at the Arthur O. Williams Distinguished Lecture Series on Monday, April 29th at 4:00 PM in Barus & Holley 168.

Professor Gabadadze will give a talk titled “New Particle for Consistency of General Relativity and Standard Model,” in which he will “argue that the consistency of GR and Standard Model required the existence of at least one new light particle that is present in neither of these theories. I will discuss cosmological and astrophysical consequences of this particle.”

Refreshments will be served at 3:45 PM.
