PURPOSE: Demonstrate that simple harmonic motion is a
component that is resolved from uniform circular motion.
DESCRIPTION: As a circular wheel rotates it forces an arm connected to a
peg at the rim of the wheel to move back
and forth in a slider that constrains the motion.
The design of this mechanism is actually faulty. It needs to have a spider mechanism to be correct.
